Lead Consultant of Leadership Development
Ha Dang has extensive experience and track records as practitioner and consultant in organization effectiveness, human resource management and project management.
Ha’s professional career began when she worked seven-years at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Vietnam. Her roles within P&G included the “Talent Supply & Learning-Development Manager” and the “Head of Human Resources” at the Binh Duong Plant. She played an active role in recruitment, strategy development / implementation, capability assessment, internal trainer development, implementation of policies/procedures, as well as managing HR team and other project teams.
Ha’s consulting career started from her work for a project of the International Labor Organization as an Enterprise Advisor, then promoted Group Leader. The project was about to improve workplace conditions, labor relations and access to employment for workers. In between project breaks, Ha also worked as an Organizational Consultant and Facilitator. Ha’s work was highly appreciated by the clients who were big MNCs with high quality demand.
Ha’s excellent educational background and outstanding professional achievements got her a scholarship for a top 25-MBA program in the United States at Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. The MBA study supplemented her expertise in Human Resources with broad view of an enterprise leader and strengthened her business sense and strategic thinking. Those qualities brought her into Top 3 Project-One "Consulting Case Presentation" by Fisher Professional Services. Graduated with Honor (Magna Cum Laude) and in a-quarter-less, Ha returned to Vietnam to continue her consulting advancement.
Ha then worked for a two-year project at British American Tobacco in the role of Change Management Lead for the Vietnam Cluster (including Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines and Thailand). It was the global project implementing new Target Operating Model and SAP standardization, including shared services and corporate restructure. Currently, Ha is serving as Lead Consultant of Leadership Development and for several large human resources projects at LHH Vietnam.
Ha specializes in consultancy, project management and training, with a focus on People Strategy, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management and Leadership Development. She possesses strong analytical skill, strategic thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.
